This apartment on the fifth floor with amazing views is located on the famous, cosmopolitan and central Avenue Paral·lel in Cuitat Vella of Barcelona. The building has 2 elevators and a concierge.

The subway “Paral·lel” goes directly to Plaza Cataluña train station.

The famous Las Ramblas (Drassanes), Columbus statue and the port of Barcelona are in a short walk distance of the apartment.
